Michael Weiss Wins BMI/Thelonious Monk Competition
BMI jazz composer Michael Weiss, one of the most fluent and flexible jazz pianists of his generation, has won the 8th annual Thelonious Monk International Jazz Composers Competition, sponsored by BMI.
