Thomas G. Annastas, Vice President, Licensing

As Vice President, Licensing, Tom Annastas is responsible for overseeing the company’s general licensing activities, including sales, marketing, direct mail, and market research.

Annastas joined BMI in 1973 as Operations Manager in Broadcast Licensing.  He was promoted in 1982 to Director of Licensing with responsibilities to oversee broadcast and general licensing administration, and was appointed Assistant Vice President, General Licensing in 1986.  He became Vice President, General Licensing in 1988.

During his tenure at BMI, Annastas has been responsible for several innovations in the Licensing department, including the use of direct mail and telemarketing techniques to broaden the company’s customer base.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Farleigh Dickenson University and is a member of the American Marketing Association.  He is on board of the TJ Martell Foundation, Vanderbilt Ingram-Cancer Center, and BMI Foundation.
